Skills Proficiency
Complete these four steps to maintain your patrol eligibility and keep your awards active.
Renew Your Membership
Renew your membership for the 2025/26 season through the Members Portal.
Complete Online Learning
Log into the Member Portal → Applications → eLearning → Skills Maintenance. Select the relevant training for your awards.
Attend CPR Proficiency
You must complete online skills maintenance before attending. CPR training now emphasises teamwork — watch the updated videos first.
Water-Based Proficiency
100m run + 100m tube rescue during your first patrol. Fins may be worn. Only the run and swim to patient are timed. Run by your Patrol Captain.
CPR Proficiency Sessions
All dates have two sessions available. Select one session only. You must complete your online skills maintenance before attending.

Key Dates & Reminders
All proficiencies must be completed by 31st December 2025 to remain active and eligible for patrols or competition.
You must also complete 25 patrolling hours between 1st January and 31st December 2025 to be eligible to compete.
Please view your patrols and logged hours in the Members Portal. Your list of awards and expiry dates can be found under the Education section of your portal.
Patrol rosters are managed through the Members Portal and the Clubbie app. Contact your Patrol Captain or the club if you need to arrange a substitute.
